Have counted my blessings

My husband told me to stop bitching about my ridiculously low pay. I told him I get motivated by looking at other people, their qualities and pay, then determine whether I could or would do that job for that money. Well he thinks I should look at people in worse situation than mine. I think it is not motivating. His motivation is doing his job right. (Mind you I earn about 30%more than he does).
